[/quote] Actually, you can. Apply and then there is an investigation but, ultimately, employer gets a big fine, but you get unemployment. How do I know? Many years ago, I had a temporary job and employer refused to take out FUCA and state and Federal taxes. I filed for unemployment as anyway and it took as few months but I got my unemployment and employer was fined.[/quote]
