In short, they will be paying you only 45 hours a week and expecting you to be available for them 60 Hours a week= 15 hours a day;  since they will giving you a different schedule every week as they pleased and what work only best for them.  Also as other posters said;  they have to pay you the extra hours aswell.

You should try to have an open conversation with them, and try to fix this since the begging.  Good luck.
