Am I Crazy to think she’s crazy? She’s trying to keep me 24/7 but only pay for less than 40h?

What do other people do in these situations? I know some families keep the nanny for emergencies and keeps their schedules, and uses the Nanny for errands and stuff. But I do realize  we’re talking about 20 hours a week that there wouldn’t be work for me, unless errands and stuff, which I wouldn’t mind doing… I’m just so confused [/quote]
