My heart breaks when I read all the nanny posts on subreddits saying they've been with the family for 5 years, haven't gotten a raise, are $200 in the hole every month, but love the kids too much to leave. Everyone deserves career advancement. I myself went 2 years without health insurance because I loved my nanny family, but I wasn't making enough to afford health insurance.[/quote]
