I’ve been a nanny for many years and never really paid attention to it, because I thought I let the parents deal with it, they’ll know what’s safe.

My question is, I texted her twice about it and send her links about what experts and the kids car seat manufacturer says, and she hasn’t really shown interest in it. I’m not totally worried about it. How should I proceed? Should I let it go or talk to the father (they’re divorced), or stop driving the car immediately? In the fall I’m starting a new job, but obviously I don’t feel comfortable driving around like this and in the future I’ll take better care of it. [/quote]
