I did not say that the agency should have anything to do with the nanny’s taxes. Yes, the agency is the link between the family and the temp nanny, but a temp is a contract worker selected by the agency. I don’t know if any agencies that do the same interview process for temps that they do for summer and permanent positions. Summer and permanent positions are employee positions, and should have a W-2 from the family.[/quote]
