Sometimes nanny-moms who are happy to be home with their young kids for a majority of the day, but still need to work PT. A grad student that has a program they do online on their own time. A nanny that has a side gig they are happy to devote mornings to. Sometimes we find amazing nannies that are grossly underpaid and very happy to make more for 30 hours than they do for 40 hours.[/quote]
