Unfortunately we don't have a signed contract. She is fairly new to our family, [b]four months today[/b], and we are paying cash. Nanny is responsible for her own taxes and same for us. I didn't ask about traveling because I didn't think to ask.[/quote]

That's no excuse for not having a contract. Draft one up this weekend. Four months is way too long. We didn't even let our nanny start without a signed contract! [/quote]
