If you are overseas and need overnight care you may need 2 childcare providers.[/quote] I'm a live-in nanny who has done 24/7 care while parents are out-of-state or out-of-country. There are very few of us who do this, so you will either have to pay more or hire one person for daytime and one for nights.[/quote]
