[/quote] OP here, I was talking to my nanny friends how to avoid working in this condition again and we came up with a list. Unfortunately, we have decided to avoid working with most foreign parents because the problem usually is with this group. I know it’s racist but it’s also very true. I am also a foreigner mysel, I have to agree to only work for American family only. A lot of non Americans are used to having nannies. Housekeepers and etc. They are used to treating domestic workers terrible and without care at all. Most nannies are professionals with college degrees and they will not stay long with this family.[/quote]
