Quit or do not take this job.  First, you do not work for the aunt and uncle and they have no business telling you what to do.  Second, it’s weird and controlling and not in the child’s best interest.  [/quote]

OP here,

I am meeting with the mother after work. I need to get her feedback how she wants me to interact with the baby. She's usually out by the time I get there. I'm staying until 4:30 today to speak to her privately. If her feelings are the same as the aunts and uncle, then of course I will explain to her that children deprive of love and hugs and kisses all day from me it's not beneficial to them or myself. I really enjoy working with kids and the feeling is mutual. Telling a nanny or a teacher, cannot show kids emotion and love is truly sad.[/quote]
