Has anyone had experience with the proaupair agency? I've seen some good youtube promos for it, where the au pairs take on special needs children.

Look into a special needs nanny.  No, a regular AP won't last more than 48 hours with your family, and I wouldn't even suggest proaupair.[/quote]
