[/quote] I fully agree. I would label anything “extra” as a benefit. Paid vacation/time off days are the most common. Others include: Health insurance stipend….even full access to the food in their kitchen or unlimited access to their laundry equipment would be considered an awesome benefit since many Nannies do not make very much.[/quote]
