The family is on vacation visiting family out of state until 1/09 of next year.
They are encouraging me to give them three-week notice NOW and look for a new family.

This far, you've only wasted a year with them.  Find a new job and quit.  Trll them why and give no notice.  Soo, for three kids you should be getting $30/hr.[/quote]
