Absolutely meal prep for the kids and the kids laundry.  Our nanny handles all lunch and daytime snacks for my preschooler and toddler including grocery shopping for them.  Never having to think about those meals make it easier for me.  [/quote]

OMG!  OP here, and yes, I totally see why one rate if they are doing this much in the off-time; it sounds like a massive help and I'd be so much less stressed.  We'll just have to set those expectations when interviewing and hopefully we find someone excellent.[/quote]
