We have placed well over 100 nannies throughout the pandemic and have had 2 clients require their nanny to mask. Even prior to the vaccine, most families were considering their nanny part of their household and family "bubble". That's not to say that you couldn't find someone to mask all day, but the logistics of being a nanny make it difficult. I thik any initial push back would be over things like- would she be able to eat at work? Have a morning coffee?[/quote]
