[/quote] +1 I've didnt have to pay over stipend or offer anything extravagant to match last summer. I'm not sure why a family would in order to match. You are attracting the wrong type of aupair. Offer what is fair for your schedule and the job but don't try to match like it's a bidding war. There is zero possibility I would be guilted/forced/coerced into paying more for childcare by an aupair. [/quote]
