Yep, same poster here as under the other thread. We are indeed hoping to find a Hindi speaker, but that might not be feasible. Setting aside language considerations, I certainly would be eager to hear your thoughts on a fair hourly rate (just the one kid and under a nanny share).  That would be good information in the event that we're not able to find a Hindi speaker.[/quote]
