We pay over the stipend, dedicated car, 4 weeks off (2 her choice, 2 ours), all fed holidays, all gas paid, and use of AP credit card for whatever grocery food she wants for herself outside of our weekly shopping/household food. We pay for small things like local ski trips and such when we go as a family (rentals Lift tix...ect) The perks people are offering now are really nice, especially since the borders are closed. I think it's great these young adults get extra. I'm not going to begrudge someone for negotiating. Good for them! It's a cultural exchange, but it's still a job. [/quote]
