Look up 29 CFR 791.2 and it says “ the employer and joint employers may take credit toward minimum wage and overtime requirements for all payments made to the employee by the employer and any joint employers.” But again, you can always set your rate to $30/hr if you want, it’s just not a min wage issue.[/quote]
