- GIVE THE CAR FOR AUPAIR, please. Offer and talk with her or him about car, rules and make her/him part of family. We stay outside us country, by yourself, homesick is terrible. Show the city, go to national her/him restaurant.
- Ask suggestion about what the think about topics important to you for kids education.
- Last and important, she is people like everyone and she/he is the same you, don't say bad things, help improve english because that is program intention. Respect space and free time, give specific schedule and if need to extra, pay for it and talk before. After whole time we keep friendship with them, and I meet girls was aupair 10y ago and today goes to high school graduation. Is really amazing, you want have amazing nanay?
