You have a bit of a bonus if it isn't a share because inevitably the nanny winds up with more time off when you go out of town. She "only" has a high school education but my grandma was a stay at home mom, didn't speak English well, and didn't finish high school. Her kids have advanced degrees and successful careers. [/quote]
