Update: I was given a significant raise for the new baby already even through Grandma is here and my employer is still on maternity leave. I’m at $32 an hour now. I was also given a $1000 bonus for sleeping over with my charge for two nights. I didn’t ask for it. I just have great employers. [/quote]
