They want me there until 6 to make sure the kids have eaten dinner. They also asked that I be flexible to change the day to Friday when needed. As I mentioned in my initial post, my schedule has changed twice over the last several months. I’ve been as accommodating as possible as I know they are under a lot of stress and the kids are struggling. I was just told about the new schedule late last week which didn’t allow much time for planning on my end. Perhaps it is time to look for another position. Thank you to all that responded. [/quote]
