I guess she must feel happy and excited for now; that that thinking is in the air without really know what are the real expectations of 2 new babies and 2 toddles. I am a nanny with lot of experience with multiples 3 kids; (same family, different ages) and also a nanny share (2 families involved with 1 baby each family, similar age). And I have managed a wonderful care of all my charges in those differents situations. But your idea about this; it doesn't make sense to me. Sorry. Poor babies. They won't have the best care that they need and they deserve. I doubt the nanny can give the best care and attention that all your kids need; mainly the babies. They need so much care, attention, when they eat, play, crawl, training to nap, get change and the toddler need so much care too, chasing them while they run, encourage to learn, play, when they eat; cleaning up after all kids and babies. And when things gets better outside and everything starts to open; believe me watching 2 babies, 2 toddles, taking them for walks in a doble, triplet or quadruple strollers or even driving the 4 kids. At some point they will need to take them.to activities outdoor; story times, library, playgrounds, playdate etc it will be a real challenge. I wouldn't take any job like that. I always prefer give my best care to my charges, when I am going to be able to give them a wonderful care of all of them. But if your expectations with your nanny are that she never does anything like this with your kids, no taking them to activities (no pandemic around) and just be inside the house playing in the same room; or backyard; without going out and doing what a real and Great nanny do to encourage your kids. It's up to you. My advice as a nanny. It I were you; a parent I will look for the best care and environment for my kids.
