I would say some rules are important. But these would apply to any dating not the gym teacher.
1. Please don’t share details about your love life with children. 
2. You should not spend work time on social matters (not hanging out with dates while working).
3. Dates can pick you up during free time but are not allowed in house.
4. Any phone calls / texts to dates should be safe for work since you provide the phone (if you do). 
5. If things go south, you are still expected to work and be professional when you see that person. [/quote]
