I think you be honest and express your concerns.  If she gets quarantined you'll have to go to rematch or other child care and cannot afford to pay her and other child care until she returns.  I'd also ask if the friends are staying with you to postpone the trip.  Your house.  Its not unreasonable not to travel right now.  Most people are not.[/quote]

+1, if the friends are staying with you, you should say No. My sister was coming in April from Europe and we have now cancelled it. If they are not staying with you, there is nothing you can do. About her own trip, can you maybe pay for her fees to rebook the flight? That is what I am planning to offer my AP who has a similar planned trip for Disneyland in April, because I am assuming losing money will be her biggest motivation to go.[/quote]
