The ankle thing is dreadful but could see how the peanut thing can happen, I don't think APs are great for kids with allergies, especially if they don't have food allergies themselves, most snacks don't contain peanuts but have been made in factories where peanuts are used and so I could see how an AP would give something to a child that doesn't contain peanuts but will still cause an allergic reaction for lack of knowledge on what to check for.

The day drinking one? Is the problem she had a drink during the day (since she was off)? or that she had to drive and work after she had had a drink? or that she was underage?
