Larla requested the transition after the host family revoked her driving privileges following a car accident that totaled the third car. Prior to this accident
she was also issued 3 tickets.  Larla was also unwilling to work the 2 week transition period because she said that there was tension in the home following her decision. After careful reflection and a conference call with the overseas office, she understands her missteps and agrees to be placed as a non driver.

Dangerous lack of common sense and abuse???

They had concerns Larla carelessly provided a peanut snack to their child with a  peanut allergy. Also cited she woke their child by pulling him by his ankles, out of bed and shaking him to get him to wake
up, although she was apologetic.

Day drinking...

Larla said she was off-duty while the children were at school and asked the other au pair to show her how to make  cocktails. She said she was just curious and did not think about what time of day it was. She said she did not drink much and will not do it again.

Ridiculous!!! Though unsurprising.  Ours kept leaving sharp objects where my 3 year old could reach them and it was rebranded as a "mismatch in expectations".  [/quote]
