Because there is no 'correct' response here - it is all relative based on the individual situation and need. For some families it may work best to advertise, interview, weed through candidates and make a selection while expecting and for others, waiting until they've met their little one works best. Also how much maternity leave one has and whether you are looking at a nanny share or not. [/quote]
