You will have hard time finding one! I have been with EurAuPair and APC, it is the same.
There is one more agency that is not CC that had the same rule but I can’t remember which one.

With that said, I believe it is a good rule although even I struggle to follow it, like if we go out on Saturday and AP is on duty, I make sure to come home before 9 pm and on Monday she starts at 9 am. It is good for the body to totally reset for a decent amount of time.[/quote]

Are you actually with APC or you are just talking? Below is part of the childcare agreement I signed with APC:

(45) hours per week, five and one half (5 1/2) days per week, with a maximum of ten (10) hours per day[/b]. Host agrees that the au pair will
have one full weekend off per month (Friday evening to Monday morning). If a dispute arises as to any of these limits or requirements,
AuPairCare shall resolve said dispute, and its decision shall be final.[/quote]

5 1/2 days per week means she get 1.5 off. If you are not doing that with APC  you are breaking the rule. Also if I remember correctly every month when you sign the "monthly contact form" they ask you explicitly if you gave AP 1.5 off.[/quote]
