Yeah, you pay her quoted hourly rate. If you think you’ll resent that, find other childcare options. Aftercare, for example. And a temp agency for sick days. Someone in your family will have to leave work for emergencies but at least you won’t resent anyone. But if I did this is why I would want a housekeeper/babysitter and not a professional nanny. [/quote]
