Messed up our taxes in two states (our home and nanny's home are in different states). Had our nanny in tears and she couldn't even file her taxes because they did the forms wrong and it took too long for them to fix them. They messed up getting our side of the taxes fixed for so long that we got fines from the state for not filing correctly (they did end up paying the fines, but only after hours and hours of multiple calls). They typed account numbers in wrong so we had money withheld but the money never went where it was supposed to. I hate that company with every fiber of my being. [/quote]
