To all of a sudden after they get comfortable they suddenly have forgotten how to run their dishwasher the previous evening so means that they also haven’t unloaded it... so in order to even put away the kids dishes you need to empty out their crap and try to figure where it goes? You do it  if  they nap because it’s annoying only for them to just keep conveniently keep running it before work now they act like it’s your job and just leave their dirty dishes from the previous evening and their breakfast?

I find this behavior very disrespectful. If you want this ask for it and pay for it upfront. Stop job creeping the professional childcare providers that are there to care for your CHILDREN. Don’t be surprised when that notice is handed to you.
