If you can’t speak up, write a note and try through text, and if not, then just give 2 weeks notice and leave. 
And trust me, if only takes one time to speak up! Once you do it one time, you will see how easy it is to speak up 
more and more! 
There’s really nothing we can do, there’s no laws regarding nannies.
Families will always take advantage, by not paying a fair rate, increasing hours workload ....
