I don’t babysit, and most of my families won’t make a profile just to post a review. Even if you contact care, they won’t take it down. It happened to me too. This is what I did: I clearly explained the situation in a rebuttal comment. Then I copied all contact with this family into a folder on my desktop. I clarified with care that they would verify that the screenshots are real, if a family asks for verification. Upon request, I furnish the folder and answer any questions.[/quote]
