Lastly I've been asking them for 2 years to pay me on the books and take taxes out but they are complaining agencies are too expensive they're rather pay me cash so I want them to fill out a 1099 at the end of the year but also I work 45 hours a week in the state of paying me 5 hours overtime they just pay me for 45 hours and I'm starting to get a little frustrated and I don't know what to do what are your thoughts. I also forgot to mention they wanted to change my hours from 8:15 to 5:15 tonight at 8:30 to 5:30 and because I'm a mom and I have to pick up my daughter getting off at 5:30 is a little late[/quote]
