Shifting hours is not that unusual, but you'd be better off putting it in writing. You could say "a maximum of six (or eight or whatever) hours can be rolled over into a single weekend day" (or whatever you agree. You're working 20-25 hours and getting paid 30, that's a pretty sweet gig and i think you realize it...[/quote]
