We need availability until 5:30, but not always those hours. We have a nearby friend who has been helping out the past two weeks. She’s a former AP and has a break in her schedule. She’s only needed to stay until 5:30 twice. The other days she is out the door by 4:45. However the pay remains consistent.[/quote]
