-multiple caregivers (which let me tell you, these daycare's are about money!! They hire people as bodies! They don't care how much experience you have and they will hire you and make you take a class, just to look appealing to parents- reason why a lot of daycare's are losing GOOD, EDUCATED, AND PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVERS; THEY'RE ALL GOING TO TEACH AT SCHOOLS (with degrees) OR BECOMING NANNY BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY LOVE AND WORKING WITH CHILDREN)
-multiple children
-they don't take care of sick kids
-the younger kids are confined to the same area(s) every day
-the food sucks
THIS LIST GOES ON.......

-have children all day with no "REAL" break
-create activities 
-take on excursions (and most nannies are out everyday, rain or shine!)
-take care of sick kids
-driving your kids in their car
-only one vacation of their choosing 
-no 401k
-most don't get healthcare 
-report in rain, snow, hail, tornado's- you name it
-housekeeping- daycare's don't clean your house or wash your child's clothes
-one on one time 
-cook
-grocery shop
THIS LIST GOES ON......

I'm sure all the cheap parents are going to have a lot to say, but if you can't afford a nanny, then send your kid to daycare (not in a nice area because they cost) or have your little cousins or nieces and nephews watch them. And the sad part is its the foreign nannies who are making $12 an hour (not all) but nannies talk and those are the ones who complain the most. You want older nannies, degree nannies, nannies with 10+ years of experience but don't want to pay- how does that sound?!
