20.47 here.  I appear engrossed in my phone to my charge(s), that way they go play with kids.  To other adults, I also appear to ignore my charges.  MYOB.[/quote]

And if your employer shows up, surprising you, do you jump up and become engaged with your charges?  That is the point of this thread.
