OP here. We will discuss wages up front, but don’t plan on discussing benefits until an interview. We were thinking $20-23 pre-tax, 2-3 weeks paid vacation 
( one of her choosing), 5 sick days, and $100 for health insurance. [/quote]

This depends entirely on where OP actually lives. This would be very competitive for one infant in my city, for instance, which is an extremely HCOL area--but maybe not if OP is somewhere like NYC.[/quote]
