I would think that the majority of parents would want their Nannies to take their children outside for a bit, every day.
A change of scenery + some fresh air will always be best for both the Nanny & the child(ren.)

I suggest you speak directly to the parents and let them know that you would like their permission to go to the park, library, etc.
Stress how the weather is so nice now + that both you and their child could benefit from a nice walk outdoors.

If they decline, and state that they are not comfortable allowing you to do so - then you have no option at this point but to hand in your walking papers.

If this happens, make sure you get the parent’s permission from your next Nanny family to go on outings.
