Are you talking about the nanny being guaranteed two hours to do her own things out of the house everyday (including summers and snow days), because you work from home, or are you just not wanting to pay those two hours when kids aren't home? 11 hours is a long day, but completely manageable for the right person. How old are your kids and what did you offer? Some live-in nannies prefer to talk about hourly rates while others prefer salary.[/quote]
