If you only specified for her to do laundry and dishes, then that’s what she’s going to do for the wages agreed upon. If you never specified she was to do more chores, then you’re changing the conditions of her employment and may have to adjust her compensation accordingly. She might agree to do more for free, though. It depends on how well you two get along and how well you’re already paying her. [/quote]
