She should be a communicator, talkative, and understands the development and educational needs of children 5 and under. She does activities with the kids, teach while playing, explore outdoors, read, etc. She should be comfortable with light cleaning and meal prep for the children. I should note that my home is equipped with cameras. Most morning, I may need help getting kids dressed especially in the summer (brush teeth, washed up, dressed), fixing lunch bags for next day, washing their lunch bag containers and water bottles, gathering snacks and water for outings, periodic errands (seldom), etc. Kids activities should also include library story time, library events, attend and host playdates, reading to the kids, pool days in the summer, etc. Also, not required, I would like my nanny to travel (take vacations) with us.[/quote]
