I'm not sure if you're the parent or the nanny, but take notes and type them up right after, and then if you receive an offer (or when you're ready to extend one), you'll have them. If someone thinks better of something they agreed to before they sign a document, it doesn't matter what they said in negotiations anyway -- you'd still have to talk about it again.[/quote]
