It really sounds like nanny is a little lazy. Two weeks? She hasn’t even given it time to try and work things out or get the 2 yr old on a schedule. I know it’s frustrating, but you may find a nanny who knows what they’re doing.[/quote]

The nanny can't carry two children at the same time up the elevator. My son will wake up if he's transferred out of the car. [/quote]
