Secondly, I’ve always went in with a number and negotiated. Most jobs will ask you what type of salary you’re looking for; and based off of your experience, credentials and how you present yourself is what determines your pay. I would love for you to share the number of children, hours, benefits, location and responsibilities- some of you parents try to get over on nannies and guess what, you get what you pay for. You also seem like you have a funky attitude. You receive what you put out! [/quote]
