Wait what is your point?? Are you trying to say that families don't pay $18-$30 for a professional nanny? Why don't you check adventure nannies, or household nannies. It all depends on the job duties, and the experience/education the nanny has. But there are parents out there that want you to cook, pick/drop off, laundry and take care of two children. Then pay the nanny only $18 or $20. If parent is asking for a lot and want you to have 10+ years of experience. Then be ready to pay. And to all the parents that's doing nanny share and they are only paying their nanny $18-$20 should be ashamed of themselves. Your nanny will not stay long with you. She will find another job and leave you hanging.
Why on earth should a nanny share at that rate be ashamed? Nanny shares are often less work - yes, multiple kids, but no housework, no food prep, no pick-ups and drop-offs. Nanny share jobs are easier than a family nanny!!!
Exactly how many shares have you worked? Zero.
